Purchase Process (ConBuilder):

  • Click on PayPal Buy Now button for item you want.
  • Execute PayPal process.
  • If You use an E-check, it takes nine( 9) days to clear, no processing will be done until it does.
  • In light of the recent piracy of ConBuilder the following rules now apply.
  • All sales are Final.
  • Once You have downloaded or are able to download, there will be no refund.
  • Receive reply with invite to Support Forum (this can take minutes or hours).
  • Register on Support Forum. (See Important Notes below.) This must be done to receive Your Files, Your registration information and support.
  • Receive notice of Validation on Forum.
  • Return to forum to Download area and Download userchk.zip and Product.
  • Userchk will record and report information about your PC to create your registration code.
  • NOTE: If You have not registered with-in 6 months, We will consider that as You no longer have an interest in MSTS and using ConBuilder, Your information will be deleted.
  • If You do not agree with these terms, do not purchase the programs.

      ConBuilder works only with English.
      If your system uses something else it may have problems.
      The reason is in the way numbers are separated. If your language uses a comma(,) rather than a decimal point(.), CB will error.

    Important Notes!
    • Some purchasers have e-mail systems that either block or return our emails. If you have not received an e-mail back within 24 hours, suspect that is the problem.
    • I cannot send files or large e-mails to gmail accounts anymore, You may use this for the Forum, but not for file receipt.
    • If there is any problem at all with Us sending You an e-mail, I usually send out the info with-in minutes after I check my e-mails.
    • If you use a spam blocking site, you will need to add conbuilder@cox.net and conb200@comcast.net to receive instructions.
    • If you use a different e-mail on the forum than the one for PayPal, we need to know that, or your validation will be delayed.
    • If you use a business e-mail and/or name to purchase, we still need your first and last name to register you on the forum. If it is not in the notes or your e-mail, nothing will be sent out except another e-mail asking for your name. Caution: Some business e-mail programs strip off any files, so send a different e-mail address than Your work one.
    • If you use a PayPal account that is not in your own name, please send an additional e-mail letting us know. for example, Your Mother's or wife's account.

    Important Note: If you are going to e-mail me about the latest upgrade, I will look for Your name in my Databases and on Paypal, I do not automatically send out the information on where to get it.
